The Challenge...
In order to support a rapid increase in export sales, a manufacturer lacked working capital to purchase the raw materials they needed in order to produce the additional volume of finished goods to ship to their foreign distributors.
The Provizona Solution...
Purchased from the manufacturer some of their supplier invoices and raw materials that were billed to them. This was done prior to shipment to them by the raw material’s suppliers.
Prepaid the raw material’s suppliers for the additional purchases prior to them being shipped to the manufacturer.
Resold and drop shipped the goods back to the manufacturer with extended payment terms giving them time to produce the finished goods, ship them to their foreign distributors and receive payment from them.
This gave the manufacturer the needed working capital to pay us for there own raw materials purchases.
The Result...
Enabled the manufacturer to purchase more volume to cover the expanded export sales without disrupting their existing supplier relationships.
